Bitstamp is reliable, there are no insiders that Kraken and Poloniex sin about. The exchange is official, registered in the EU, but there are no problems with access to it, you can safely trade from anywhere in the world. There are few pairs here, the main BTC / USD, trading is mainly focused on it, but the quotes are good. Exchange protection is good, 2FA and verification. Actually, the trading interface is good, all the information about the selected pair with the chart.
